Happy, Sad, Negative, Angry, Grateful, Blessed…..Where do you fit in?

I wish more people could realize how truly Blessed they are. We need more Happy People in this World to help Heal, to Spread more Love and Kindness, to help make Positive Changes, to Show Others How to Love not Hate and to just make every day more Pleasant!! More people need to realize that it is THEY/YOU themselves that are creating their/your own misery, negativity and ugliness around them/you.

WAKE UP People!! YOU Control your own Happiness and it is up to YOU and ONLY YOU on how YOU Act & React to People and Situations…it is up to YOU and ONLY YOU to see the Good within the Bad and to Overcome and Conquer….it is up to YOU and ONLY YOU to Be Grateful and to See and Find Your Blessings in Everyday Life….it is up to YOU and ONLY YOU to determine How YOU Shall be!!!

I know that not everyone is happy all day or even everyday, I know that being Happy is Not always easy, I know some people hate their lives….but who’s fault is it?!  We ALL have choices so don’t blame or take YOUR Choices out on others!  YOUR Happiness, Misery, Negativity & Hatred ALL comes from within You and it is up to YOU and ONLY YOU to Change Anything that is causing anything Less than Happiness, Positivity and Love.

If YOU are unHappy, WHY?  If YOU are so unHappy that you are bitter and negative all the time or more than you would like, have you ever stopped to think and realize that despite Your unHappiness that YOU are still truly Blessed and have things to be Grateful for?!

YOUR Life may not be as you had planned, You may be struggling financially, You may have lost a loved one, You may not have reached your goals……but do you have a place to rest your head at night, do you have food to eat, do you have a way to make money even if only a little from time to time, do you have more than a set of clothes to wear?  These are just a few examples of things to be Grateful For that are being taken for Granted everyday…….but Everyday someone out there doesn’t have some of these things, whom doesn’t have 1/2 of what You do and is obviously Worse Off than You but yet manages to find the Good in Life and has Learned to Be Happy because they Cannot Control Everything in Life but they Can Control Themselves and Choose to Be Happy which helps to Make a Better Life!  Have you Ever thought about what Good YOU have in YOUR Life and Not just the negatives and what you don’t have?!?!

YOUR Life and Happiness is up to YOU, so why Not make the most of it and learn to see more of the Positives than the negatives within Your Life and what’s around you?!?!  Why NOT Improve YOUR Quality of YOUR Life and the Life Around you?!?!  Why NOT Spread Happiness and Love instead of Negativity and Hate?!?!

Some deep thoughts running through my head as sadness, hatred and negativity saddens me so, and if I could help just one person to be Happy or even Happier then my words are worth it.  Happy, Sad, Negative, Angry, Grateful, Blessed…..Where do you fit in?  Be Happy, Be Grateful, Be Blessed, Be a Blessing to Someone, Be Proud of Yourself  because we ALL deserve nothing less.  A Great big Hug to Anyone whom may need one.  Thanks for reading my thoughts…..Robin Robinson

It’s done and over with, what happened happened, it can never be taken back, fixed or forgotten………but it can be let go, it can be released from the grudges you hold, it can even be forgiven……

it is a heavy weight, a negative burden of sorts that hold onto a piece of you!!!

Holding onto a “bad” is dwelling on negatives!!!

sometimes we may think it doesn’t bother us, that we do NOT dwell but when it keeps coming up in conversations or thoughts through your mind, we are holding onto the NEGATIVE!!!

By letting go it releases the negatives and allows more love,

It allows you to be healthier,

It takes away the pain,

It allows for you to be happier instead of dwelling on the past…….

Today is a chance to have a Wonderful Day, why not let the past go and start fresh again?!?!?
